Situated on Dubai’s world-famous Jumeirah Beach and adjacent to the magnificent Dubai Marina, the Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa Dubai, occupies one of Dubai’s most enchanting beachside locations.

The lighting strategy adopted was to wash both towers with synchronized color-change projectors, to enhance the resort’s presence in the area while conveying its role as a prime night spot.

Exact fixture locations were determined by extensive calculations and models, to avoid light spill into the rooms. The result is an elegant color chasing effect, that welcomes all visitors to the Marina District
